Once the student visa has been granted, program fees become non-refundable. In the event of visa refusal, applicants may request a deferral to the next available intake, subject to administrative review and applicable fees.

5. PAYMENT TERMS

Program tuition fees and administrative costs are displayed on official offer documents and must be paid as specified in the admission letter.

Payments are processed securely via authorized payment providers. Once tuition fees are received, students may be eligible for additional services such as visa guidance and document review.

All payments are to be made in Euros (€). The user is responsible for covering any additional bank or currency conversion fees charged by payment intermediaries.

Refunds will only be issued in cases of official visa refusal, supported by a valid refusal letter from the corresponding embassy or consulate. Administrative fees and application charges are non-refundable.

6. RESPONSIBILITIES AND GUARANTEES

THE OWNER OF THE WEBSITE commits to ensuring that the content, information, and services offered are accurate and up to date. However, AURA LABOR is not responsible for:
