ABOUT THE COURSE

The Aura Labor MS in Human Resources Management is designed for international students who want to build a successful career in people and talent management.
This program helps you understand how modern organizations work and how human capital drives their success.

You will learn how to recruit, train, and motivate employees, and how to create a positive and productive work environment. The course combines practical training, Spanish language learning, and international experience, preparing you to work anywhere in the world.

Study Program

The program has a total of 990 hours, divided into three main phases that combine professional, academic, and language development.

Phase 1 – Spanish Language Training (A1 + A2)

Learn the basics of Spanish for communication, integration, and professional interaction in Spain.

Phase 2 – Human Resources Management Training (790 hours)

Gain practical knowledge and skills in key HR areas such as:

Human Resource Management
Labor Law and Payroll Administration
Document Management and Office Tools
Team Communication and Administrative Support

Phase 3 – Certification & Career Preparation

Receive an official professional certificate from Aura Labor and the Spanish Labour Ministry and personalized support to prepare for job opportunities in Spain or other countries.

Entry Requirements

Aimed at young people between 18 and 30 years old that have completed high school or vocational training in a related field, and want to pursue studies in Spain.

For non-EU students the access requirements are:

Currently studying in a related field in their country of origin in a recognized official center, (universities or highly qualified institutions) or Have completed these aforementioned studies and that the date of completion does not exceed 5 years. In certain countries this requirement may not be necessary.

These non-EU students (countries outside the European Union), must process their study visa.

Student Visa Process

International students who wish to study in Spain are required to apply for a student visa before starting their program.

At Aura Labor, we provide personalized guidance and support throughout the entire visa application process — ensuring that each student is well-prepared and informed every step of the way.

To begin your visa application, you will need to provide the following essential documents:

Certificate of Enrollment from Aura Labor
Proof of Payment for the selected study program
Study Plan outlining the content and duration of your course
Copy of Passport (valid for at least six months)
Student Visa Application
Form and proof of payment of embassy fees
Medical Insurance covering your stay in Spain
Proof of Financial Solvency: Students must demonstrate access to a minimum of €750 per month to cover living expenses. This can be shown through bank statements, a financial sponsor, or a student loan.
